Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 3 working days, assuming all items are in stock. Should any items be out of stock, our customer service team will reach out to inform you about the anticipated restocking periods or suggest alternative options.
Delivery Information
Items are dispatched through pallet service, courier, or Luton van depending on their size, quantity, and weight. Deliveries may be split across one to two days to ensure the complete delivery of your order. Deliveries occur between 8 am and 5 pm, though times may extend past 5 pm during peak periods.
PLEASE NOTE: The delivery date we provided is approximate. We are not liable for any losses or expenses incurred due to delivery delays.
Cancellations
Orders yet to be processed can be cancelled by reaching out to our customer service team. If your order is already being processed or is in transit, please await its arrival before initiating a return. A restocking fee may apply for cancellations requested during processing or transit.
Returns
Returns are accepted for items bought directly from Render Surgeon. Items must be returned within 14 days. Please see our Refund & Returns Policy for more information.
